Dialogue[edit]
- If asura
- My time is valuable. What do you want?
- You're right. I'm always in defense mode these days. What with all the...foreign...types around here.
- And what, may I ask, have you got against "foreign types"?
- To be blunt, you don't think like we do. The sylvari are plants and plants shouldn't talk. The norn aren't so bad, maybe a little too big. But don't get me started on humans.
- And what could you possible[sic] have against us asura? Jealousy?
- I may like to speak my mind, but I also know when to hold my tongue. I'll spare you my opinion on your kind.
- Then I'll withhold comment as well. Good-bye.
- I'll be on my way.
- Yes, definitely not afraid to speak your mind. So long.
You are a charr of few words. Not afraid to speak your mind.
- True enough, but value given freely is foolish. Especially when there are all sorts of alien eyes and ears in the city these days.
- And what, may I ask, have you got against us "aliens"? (Same as "And what, may I ask, have you got against "foreign types"?" above)
- Well, I will leave you to your opinions. Good-bye.
Information has value as well.
- I don't care who you speak to, as long as they're charr. Stay away from the foreign types if you want to earn my trust.
- And what, may I ask, have you got against "foreign types"? (Same as above)
- And with that, I will say good-bye.
If you won't speak with me, I'll go find one of your competitors.
- Excuse me.
- If charr

- (If charr)
- What do you have against foreigners?
- To put it bluntly, they don't think like we do. Asura like magic too much. Sylvari are plants and plants shouldn't talk. Norn aren't so bad, but don't get me started on humans.
- You're old-fashioned.
- I may be old-fashioned, but I know who my true allies are. Those who think we must join forces to face the dragons will find knives in their backs before they reach the front lines.
- Time will tell. Good-bye.
- Right. Good-bye.
- Yes, definitely not afraid to speak your mind. So long.

- Do you mean the other races? Do you have something against them? (Same as "What do you have against foreigners?" above)
- Well, I will leave you to your opinions. Good-bye.

- What do you have against us "foreign types"?
- To be blunt, you don't think like we do. Asura like magic too much. Sylvari are plants, and plants weren't meant to talk. The norn aren't so bad. Just a little big for my comfort.
- You left out your opinions of us humans.
- Ours is a complicated story. I could speak my mind, but as long as our fragile alliance holds, I'll hold my tongue.
- May the truce hold forever. Good-bye.
- I'll be going now.
- Yes, definitely not afraid to speak your mind. So long.

- My time is valuable. What do you want?
- You're right. I'm always in defense mode these days. What with all the...foreign...types around here.
- Why do foreigners offend you?
- To be blunt, you don't think like we do. The asura revere magic too much. The norn are okay, though I would like them to be a little shorter. But don't get me started on the humans.
- I noticed you failed to include us sylvari in your observations.
- I may like to speak my mind, but I also know when to hold my tongue. I'll spare you my opinion on your kind.
