Just a suggestion for the length issue for the template: would it be possible to split the pages up into different races i.e: [[Stolen skills/Animals]] or [[Stolen skills/Mordrem]] and then have the creatures that give the stolen skill the icons of the stolen skill appear to the right of the creature's name and a link to its page? i.e:

• Animals
  • Sand Eel
• Mordrem
  • Mordrem Husk

Yes, sure, once we replaced all (or almost all) skill icon with stolen skill we can create stolen skills by race pages, as you suggested. The current page Stolen skill/Creature would probably exceed the template limit or at least be very unhandy to use (see also its talk page, questioning the usability of this page since 2012). Hence, as you said, subpages are the only proper solution.

Note that your suggestion is not represented on this sandbox page, here I showed a way of automatizing the stolen from lists on a stolen skill page, e.g. Blinding Tuft. Imo there is only one related stolen skill that's worth noting, namely the stolen skill itself, hence the only length reduction would be to make each race an {{collapsible section}} (or a collapsible table).
