Totals

What does this column represent? It doesn't seem to correlate to the zone or type of item in the row, especially the zeroes.

The 0's are when the chat link list is split into multiple rows - the links in that row and the row above will add up to the total on the first row. The link list is split in order to fit in the chat box character limit, but I don't know why TEF repeated the data in the first 4 columns like that. —Dr Ishmael 16:06, 18 July 2013 (UTC)

As Ish says: the "totals" refer to how many POI/WP in the specific zone. I'll update the page so that's clear. Thanks for the question.

Regarding "repeated data in the first 4 columns." I don't understand that comment. The table is setup so that it's easy to copy and paste into excel or google docs — html line breaks in wikitables aren't understood by most paste operations for any program I work with. Each row is designed to that it's below the character limit in chat, otherwise the paste-into-game trick wouldn't work. The reason there's a "0" in the totals column is that I forgot to replace it with [continues]. Finally, I've deliberately made this as a single table to aid in map completion and as a contrast to the data that already exists on the wiki. The subpages in the chat codes article already provide a solution for people who want to view small chunks of data rather than all-at-once or at-a-glance, which is what I use. – Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 21:41, 18 July 2013 (UTC)

I was referring to the left 4 columns in the table, where on the continuation rows you repeat the data in these cells from the first row (except for Totals, which is '0' on the continuation row). This is what confused the OP, because he thought each row was defining a distinct set of things - he didn't realize that some rows are continuations from the row above. —Dr Ishmael 21:48, 18 July 2013 (UTC)
