Eloc: if you are reading this, you really need to know that your current behaviour is not doing you any favours. *Cough* Need a policy on user talk and npa...till then...this is not "technically" npa and eloc has done nothing wrong (or against policy) by not archiving his talk pages. As a side note...I can see why many people have issues with Ryudo as he comes off as incredibly confrontational. A simple "Thank-you" or absolutely no response to eloc's welcome instead of a "OMG IM NOT NEW" would have entirely avoided this problem. Actually, I think I’ll keep it. That way if/when Eloc starts harassing any newbies, I can just give them a link to my page and they can take a look at what kind of a person he really is.

But seriously. If Eloc's life is so dull and empty that he really has nothing better to do than post childish and demeaning remarks to me on a page I wasn't even monitoring, then I kinda feel sorry for him. Poor Eloc, please, feel free to post as much stuff on this page as you want if it makes your life feel more fulfilled. I’m too busy with work, college, and my girlfriend to even care what you have to say to me anymore.

Ryudo, you have perfectly good reason to be pissed off at Eloc. But please, see how Eloc already received his reprimanding for his actions on this page? He's been told off for what he's done, and the case is buried. You've put in your own two cents now, and then a couple more dimes which were totally unnecessary. There's no need to continue preaching pity towards a, paraphrasing you, lonely and miserable Eloc. Just let it die. Only Eloc harassed you on this page, then childishly tried to cover it up.
