User talk:Niba

As unfortunate as you might think it is, there is no Guild namespace on this wiki and guild pages certainly don't belong to the mainspace, so the best place for such a page is on the User namespace; I have moved your guild page to User:Niba/Marked by and the cape image to File:User Niba Marked by cape.jpg where it is allowed. 13:18, 24 November 2012 (UTC)

Hi, I decided to make our guild page, sorry for the wrong name. The previous topic was removed and made new with the name Guild: Marked by. Does this name corresponds to the state? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Niba (talk • contribs).

I'm afraid not. While GW1W did have a namespace for guilds (Guild:<page name>), this one didn't choose to make it (at least for the time being), so the next best thing is a subpage on the User namespace. I can understand that may not be ideal, but since there's no Guild namespace, all pages created with such a name are technically still part of the mainspace, which is reserved for articles on the actual game. I know there were several discussions about this issue (for instance Talk:Frequently Asked Questions#Guild pages on the Wiki or Guild Wars 2 Wiki talk:Community portal#Guild pages), but this is all we have for now. 13:34, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
