I would like to use this for my characters, but I would like to remove the personality part and add other information. How do I do that?--BerriosC (talk) 06:50, 2 April 2016 (UTC)

I've copied the template to your userspace and deleted all references to the "personality" parameter. If you press edit on your new template page, then you'll see that every parameter follows the pattern of

 {{#if: {{{parameter name|}}} |                             <!-- this line checks if "parameter name" is non-blank -->
 ;[[text to appear as a heading if parameter name exists]]  <!-- this line provides the heading -->
 :{{{parameter name|}}}                                     <!-- this line provides the text that appears to the right -->
 }}                                                         <!-- this line closes the if statement -->
