I don't think it's vandalism but I do think it should have been reverted, as Doodleplex did. The intention is to show "this is what the file looks like, and here's where/what to edit." -- User:Frvwfr2 13:36, 12 October 2017 (UTC)

There are some vandal bots that just randomly remove text from pages, and since you've only ever edited that page on while logged in, I figured it more than likely wasn't you and so the text on the page should stay the way it was since last you left it.
