Let me begin here by saying... DPL BEGONE! I replaced the {{dye palette|<category name>}} templates with a new one I just wrote, {{dye list|<property>|<value>}}, which uses the more efficient SMW querying methods. I did this for two reasons, first of all to move away from DPL, and second to convert the display so that the color names are always visible. The old template required hovering over a color to see its name, and I found that extremely annoying, just as I do the in-game dye interface (if I ask someone what color they used for their awesome dye job, and they tell me "XXX dye!", I'd like to just read a list to find "XXX dye" instead of having to hover over every tiny little square in the category I think it's in (then I don't find it in that category and have to hover over every tiny square in another category, just to find out that no, I was right the first time....) wow I really went off on a tangent here).

So about the actual content. As with the other rough drafts here, I've attempted to reorganize the presentation to make the flow of information more intuitive. As usual *I* think I did pretty good, but I'd like some feedback on it - I have the distinct feeling that I left something out this time. —Dr Ishmael 03:10, 26 March 2014 (UTC)
