Anywho, yeah. When the vandal posted the ASCII on GWW, it was released under the GFDL to be used under similar licensing anywhere else. The exception to this would be if the vandal was not the text's original progenitor, but it would be impossible to prove that. 23:44, 9 March 2009 (UTC)
