Wiki filename convention

Hi Chaklong, I spotted that you were attempting to upload appearance screenshots of two back items, namely Initiate's Pack and Recruit's Pack. On the wiki we use ".png" files for the icons, and ".jpg" for the appearance. I've reuploaded your files as .jpg images and attributed you as the author on the file pages.
