Interesting. I'd like to point out two things: most policy disagreements are not between abusers and wellmeaning people, but between two wellmeaning groups with differing preferences. So abuse is an issue that mostly falls by the side. The other thing is the dichotomy between vauge language, and a detailed list of disallowed things. I don't belive in it and am convinced it's possible to lay out the spirit in it's essence in quite strict language. Backsword 01:06, 22 December 2007 (UTC)

@ Lord Belar- sorry, but "janitorial jobs" are a necessity. Users have to be blocked, vandalism has to be reverted, etc.
