Information we retain[edit]
The goal of the Guild Wars 2 Wiki is to document Guild Wars 2. As such, any information about game mechanics, terminology, play, skills, strategy, content, etc. will be retained.
Guild Wars 1 information[edit]
Information from the original Guild Wars series should only be retained inasmuch as it is relevant to the lore or gameplay of Guild Wars 2.
Future events, products and features[edit]
Information about future events, products and features should be phrased such that it is clear both that the information is preliminary and thus the actual event, product or feature may differ and the source of the prediction. Sources should be cited in the article or on its' talk page, and in-article speculation should be avoided.
Prices[edit]
Information on item prices should only be retained if they are static.
Information we don't retain[edit]
Information that is not relevant to Guild Wars 2 should not be retained on this wiki. Additionally, we do not retain articles or images which contain copyright infringement, or other illegal content, such as libel.
