This game is incredible. Now that I've physically seen the game, I can definitely tell why it took so damn long for ArenaNet to put it out there. The scope of this game is huge. The cities are extremely vast and intricate; the landscape is stunning, and it boasts a very artistic style. The combat is much trickier and engaging, and although the targeting system is a bit hit-and-miss, I found combat extremely fun. The way it's done makes sure that players actually invest time into working with their characters. I was very bad at playing a Necro the first time around, but found a very happy home in the Mesmer. The combat style differences between professions truly lets the players find a niche that they enjoy playing and learn to play well. My only complaint is that some things may be a bit too intricate. The crafting system is extremely daunting, despite having read up on it beforehand. Crafting armor is very time-consuming, and I felt like I spent more time trying to figure out exactly what I could and couldn't do rather than actually playing the game with other people. More to come as the weekend wraps up.
