Unstable Blood Magic is an effect applied to players afflicted during the encounter with Matthias Gabrel. When this effect expires, a Well of the Profane is dropped at the player's feet.
Notes[edit]
- Inflicts 10% of maximum health every second as long as this effect is active.
- Using the accompanying skill will remove this effect early.
