Template used on sections instead of whole pages

Since in some pages (Tyria (world), Elona) is it possible for template to refer to only section and not the whole page - possibly more than once in one page too, could someone add an optional parameter for the template to be used as a section with a proper description and maybe category as well?

I added a couple words so that it can apply to a full page or a specific section. If multiple sections need a rewrite, just put one notice at the top of the page. —Dr Ishmael 19:31, 5 September 2012 (UTC)
