does anyone care if I move this version over? I ask because it's trimmed a lot out and made the code a lot more bearable. ~ PheNaxKian talk 23:58, 16 July 2013 (UTC)
- renaming the parameters for firstplace, secondplace etc was a good idea. I'd attempt to merge it with the current version (losing the complex medal table is no loss :p) since relyk's made quite a few decent category+parameter renames. -Chieftain Alex 00:45, 17 July 2013 (UTC)

- Go for it, tbh. As long as we can still show semifinalists in the winners section. Easier = better, I would guess. --Sirrush 01:50, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
- I've moved it across and updated the usage section, but I'm not sure what the "server" and "country" parameter are for so I've left their usage empty. I've also updated any templates using this. ~ PheNaxKian talk 10:42, 17 July 2013 (UTC)

parameter names[edit]
we don't use camelcase in our parameter names, these can be switched to spaces like other templates will be. patch should be build as I don't think anet uses the term.--Relyk ~ talk < 13:56, 4 August 2013 (UTC)
- Feel free to change the parameters, I did camel case because it's what I'm used to and was unaware there was a given style the wiki used. ~ PheNaxKian talk 13:38, 5 August 2013 (UTC)
- There isn't a style, but there was a recent discussion about it; summarized as we simply use spaces for all the parameters. It was more for some parameters using an underscore. Consideration for camelcase was pretty much spaces are easier and most of the wiki already used spaces ^^.--Relyk ~ talk < 14:00, 5 August 2013 (UTC)
