The Tattered Journal is a barely legible book recording the early days of the Soundless, found lying on the ground at Naulshead Refuge in Caledon Forest.

- The remains of a battered journal lie abandoned in the grass. The few surviving pages are barely legible. On the cover, someone has written in an elegant hand, "Chronicling the Separation."

- I've had little success thus far during the daylight hours, but I find my nights have been quieter. My dreams seem to be my own.
