Tear down his propaganda posters—I'm sick of his ugly face! You could also defuse mines set around the garrison, or burn up the bodies in his mausoleum. He uses those to reinforce his Awakened ranks.

How do I defuse mines?

Grab a mine defusing kit and look for mines. Once you've found one, interact with it. As the mine activates, it'll display a sequence of colors. Using the defusing kit, cut the wires in that order.
