There is a merchant at Zephyr Sanctum that will take Blade Shards for useless equipment boxes, but so far that's it. Vili 点 09:49, 27 May 2014 (UTC)

The only item they announced a vendor for was Blade Shards. They never said there would be one for any other "collectibles" from past releases. —Dr Ishmael 12:27, 27 May 2014 (UTC)

"Rumors tell of a merchant interested in items from major events in Tyria's recent history, including Blade Shards. Players are encouraged to hold on to these items if they are interested in trading with her when she appears."
