Prerequisite[edit]
In response to: "Purchasable after completing the Master of Ceremonies achievement. [verification requested]"
Here is a screenshot showing that I am able to purchase Voice of Metal without having completed that achievement.
If there is a pre-requisite to be able to purchase the Voice of Metal, then the pre-requisite must be something else.
