Not sure how to approach this.
This elemental is labeled "Veteran Northern Shelf Elemental". However, when the event begins, the objective is labeled simply "Northern Shelf Elemental" thusly: Objectives
- Northern Shelf Elemental
The elemental itself retains the same label when green (skill point start npc) and when red (foe). I'm leaning toward the creature itself belonging on this page, and the skill point description at http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Northeastern_Silverwastes be changed to Defeat the Northern Shelf Elemental. - We decided a long time ago that the NPC or object that initiates the skill challenge is the thing we identify as the challenge, not the event that they trigger.
- Event objectives often omit the rank of an NPC. Not always, but often. —Dr Ishmael
