if you can get past the other bugs (Quaggan Champs not spawning etc..) and get to the point where you have to help the champs prepare (The events "Assist Aloogwa with combat training" and "Help Orsippus Champion Squilp gain the buoyancy to race effectively") - do NOT do the event "Assist Aloogwa with combat training" as it will glitch the sequence and prevent the Quaggan games from completing. Do just the event to gather the kelp and you should be able to complete this part.
(Note: to get the bracelet, you have to go back to the TwoLoop WP and talk to "Twoloop Varonos Saszglop" who is located just NE of the WP underneath the vendor.)
Received Upon Twoloop Loss[edit]
Even though it's suggested that this is only given if Twoloop wins the games, it is also given upon Twoloop losing the games. I was concerned I'd have to wait for it to come round again, but that's not the case.~Miss Lana (talk) 13:58, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
In addition, it seems even if the event is bugged, you can get the item by talking to Twoloop Varonos Saszglop.~DarkOne
