What exactly is the Mystic Wave attack, and when does it happen?

The mystic wave is when Amala slams the scythe into the ground creating the wave/air distortion effect. The animation looks a lot like the reaper's execution scythe. It happens throughout the all the stages (not just when she channels Grenth). Z. Gong (talk) 20:57, 6 January 2018 (UTC)

It seems most common once she starts, and there's a pre-animation that occurs to indicate that she's about to cast it, do not waste your jump on that first line, wait for the real shockwave. This is relatively difficult to get at lower scales because the fight is often so fast, so either have a group willing to wait for you to get the waves, or try on a higher tier.
