Should the description of these be changed? There's certainly more than one of them in Greyhoof Meadows so I think them being considered an Elite Nightmare Vine can be removed as the Nightmare Vine is described as being unique unless there's been confirmation that these aren't just polluted versions of regular creatures like Toxic Barracuda.
