If you have an aversion to jumping puzzles, you can use the same gliding and thermal tube travel technique that is the alternate path to the nearby vista to get to the lake above the vista with the Steam Crate. Use the thermal tube by the hot spring and the thermal updraft to glide to near the top of the sail-shaped mound by the stream, climb up the ridge to the very top of the mound, glide to the nearest path up the mountain (the one that starts half-way up) and walk and jump and then glide to get to the thermal tube below the vista. Use the tube to get airborne then start gliding when you reach altitude and reverse course to get to the lake. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 184.18.172.62 (talk).
