Are these actually called Tentacle of Nourys? I've taken a look at the event that spawns them, and the enemies that appear seem to be called "Tendril of Nourys" although all of the other information on this page seems correct. The page seems to have been moved a couple of times between the two, so I just thought I'd ask before moving things. --EloDonut (talk) 00:59, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
- I think that it might have to do with the border around the portrait matching that of a veteran, not that it's indicated on the name itself. Myriada (talk) 09:33, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- It has the "(veteran)" because it is a rank of a veteran. If there wouldnt be any other Tentacle of Nourys then yes it would be moved to that page but we already have that page made. That is why we need to seperate those enemies diferently. Decision ended up on (veteran) and (elite) at the end. That is also the reason why Ive moved it back to its original name. Even if the name of the enemy was changed during one of the updated, we cant just delete that historical information. It needs to be kept even if it would be just in notes. The person who moved it didnt said a reason why it was moved and didnt kept that information anywhere. It can easily be taken as griefing. That is why Ive moved it back. I do belive we had a chat on discord with one of the admins about it and I do belive I went into the game to check how they are named, but it was many months back so I cant remmember it exactly. If you want it to be moved please give us a prove that in fact they are called diferently during this specific event. --DiegoDeLaHouska (talk) 20:47, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- I'm not suggesting it should be moved to Tentacle of Nourys, I'm suggesting that it should be moved to Tendril of Nourys (veteran) (and the elite version to Tendril of Nourys (elite)). I also can't speak for whether it was called Tentacle of Nourys in previous patches, and without any proof that the name has changed, it's possible that the original page name was a typo. All I can do is provide evidence for what the name is now.

- I did find an elite variant alongside veteran ones. As for "tentacle" or "tendril" I can't recall, when I fixed some links I think I got them completely mixed up as well. I personally don't think the distinction is necessary, or at least the article without the parenthesis should be created even as a redirect. Myriada (talk) 13:31, 26 May 2024 (UTC)

- So it seems like we've got multiple different tentacles/tendrils of Nourys:
- 1. An object/large boss rank enemy called Tentacle of Nourys with no enemy skill, currently at the Tentacle of Nourys page.

- 2. A veteran or elite rank enemy called Tendril of Nourys, with the enemy skill "seeking emotion" currently at the Tentacle of Nourys (veteran) and Tentacle of Nourys (elite) pages.
- 3. An elite rank enemy (possibly with other ranks of enemy too, but no screenshots of them yet) called Tentacle of Nourys, with the enemy skill "launches" which doesn't seem to have a page yet.
- I feel like all of these deserve their own pages, since they're all different enemies. It's just a case of disentangling the tentacles from the tendrils, and confirming where they all spawn. EloDonut (talk) 23:40, 26 May 2024 (UTC)
