Just wanted to add here that these things do stack, you can really use 2 for 20% outgoing healing effectiveness. Hopefully this saves someone from the trouble of testing and tinkering.--85.76.87.3 06:09, 2 June 2016 (UTC)
- Two can't be placed on the same staff. Did you have them on separate one-handed weapons? -- Dashface
