Does this stack with the warrior minor trait Fast Hands?
If it did would mean either a total swap time of 4 seconds, or 3 seconds, depending on where the 20% is taken from/applied to.

In pvp lobby this appears to have no effect on attunement swapping. Warrior with fast hands has a 4 second cooldown. SirNukes (talk) 23:30, 23 December 2014 (UTC)
