6th Effect Elite Bug[edit]
Bug:
The 6th effect "when you use your elite skill you inflict bleeding, torment, and poison for 8 seconds to nearby foes. (Cooldown: 30s)" is bugged and does not apply when using Elite Skills that transform you (Such as Elementalist's [Tornado] or Norn's [Become the Wolf])
