Skill Version Project

From it's creation, there has been no changes to this rune at any point in time (PvE; the PvP rune is listed in a different page.) and therefore we should check the box for skill history for now. The /history header template {{version history}} allows to set the parameter unchanged=y, so in fact it supports the idea of having a /history page even the rune wasn't changed until now.

In general, unlike the skill and trait /history pages which should be up to date, the rune /history pages have been pretty neglected in the past. E.g. several rune /history pages are missing the Game updates/2018-11-13#Rune updates. --Tolkyria (talk) 10:12, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
