I can't apply this to a piece of body armor or an axe or ... the only thing I can apply it to is an underwater harpoon gun.. it says required level 20, I am level 20. I just noticed as I am alt-tabbing back and forth (in and out of the game) I can put this on a harpoon gun (the level requirement on the harpoon gun is 20) , or on a short bow (which again is required level 20. Is that what they mean by required level 20, is the requirement of the item and not of the person? Varuuth 03:53, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
