Mission NPC doesn't spawn. Only mission icon visible on map.

Anyone can confirm? I have yet to encounter him, last one I need for this event chain. Also issue with the escort stopping on about the 3rd platform. --Eruru (talk) 10:58, 28 September 2023 (UTC)
