Why is he a champion in the level 8 quest and is only a worthless veteran in the level 10 quest? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 216.176.158.46 (talk).

Late reply but: Originally he and all other chapter 1 PS end bosses were champions. But they reduced them to veterans when they removed champions from the level 1-15 zones. However, they didn't change any previous appearance by the NPCs, so for here Styrr shows as a champion during Into the Mists while a veteran during The Wolf Havroun; Commander Serentine is another such instance, where she shows up twice as a champion but is a veteran when fought.
