I had the bright idea of basing a build on this trait - where my main attack strategy would be switching between kits, repeatedly triggering their respective attacks. Total fail. The trait description needs to say that the "attacks" provided by this trait have a long recharge timer (one attack per 20 seconds or so). This not only makes it useless as a main attack strategy, it kind of makes it useless for anything but getting swiftness. However, if perma swiftness is what you want, this is a good way to get it.
