Is this a recipe you find somewhere, or was it suppose to pop up in your array of already known recipes? I'm Chef level 390 and I can't craft it in the Discovery window, or find it in my known recipes.--CraigDC42 04:47, 24 October 2012 (UTC)

These typically come from Trick or Treat bags but can be crafted. You'll need to buy the recipe from a merchant who has a a candy corn icon on the map. There are only 3 of them in Lion's Arch. Buy the recipe and craft away. -- Magic Talk 09:02, 28 October 2012 (PDT)

Ghost Tonic effect

More details required for the "ghostly effect"

1. What other foods can give this ghostly effect?
2. For each of the foods that can grant the ghostly effect, what is the percentage chance of proccing the effect when consuming that food?
3. For each of the foods that can grant the ghostly effect, what is the duration that it lasts for?
