Trait is bugged for me too. When I switch zones or something, the cooldown goes back to normal, have to reapply the trait every time.--Walrus 14:02, 25 October 2012 (UTC)

Why does Spinal Shiverse's (grammar?) tooltip change from "Chill your foe and remove three boons" to "Inflict chill and vulnerability on your foe"? Bug, or am I just misunderstanding something? --Novii 14:36, 21 October 2012 (UTC)
