Skritt Anchorage Cat
The cat in Skritt Anchorage won't eat the Fire Flank Steak until you show it proof of your own skritt devotion. However I can't find anywhere where it says how to do that. I did the heart but that doesn't seem to be enough.
ANSWER: Only accepts food if you bring him a Stranded Skritt.
