Clarification needed on exactly which mobs (and which maps they belong to) drop this item

There are many questions I still have regarding what to kill to get the spoon to drop:
1. Does it drop from enemy players?
2. Does it drop from hostile creatures (but aren't part of any bases/camps/sentry areas) such as Bears, Wargs, Skales, Drakes, etc?
3. Does it drop from only the NPCs that are guarding bases/camps/sentry areas?

Also, assuming that the conditions for each map is optimal, which map (Alpine Borderlands, Desert Borderlands, Eternal Battlegrounds, Edge of the Mists) is the best for farming this item? --124.13.169.194 07:42, 19 December 2016 (UTC)
