I'm sure a vast majority of the GW1 towns will be kept. There was nothing to imply Beetletun wouldn't be around, even with the flooding of southern Kryta. I want to see the Talmark runes in GW2... and the two Wizard's Towers (the floating one in Kryta and the one in Wizard's Folly from Pre, if the later is still around). -- Konig/talk 19:53, 13 May 2010 (UTC)

Heres an image taken from one of his youtube vids (used by WoodenPotatos today) showing him using an char named Mayor Beed (NPC names cannot be used as a char name) Mayor Beed --Saranis 00:13, 23 August 2012 (UTC)

It was not mentioned that it was a player's name. Mayor North runs the Village of Shaemoor, and the summary stated North was the mayor of Beetletun, so I took the IP's edits as false because I don't remember which - if any - NPC was denoted as the mayor of Beetletun.
