Regarding the condition removal on dodge:

I am not sure which Boon removes which condition, but the conditions in question are only Burning and Chilled. Dodging does not remove the condition completely though, it only removes the last application of said condition(so if you were inflicted with Chilled twice from 2 different sources and you dodge, you will find yourself still with Chilled but the timer on the condition will be reduced. If you only had 1 condition in the 1st place, it removes it completely). Might be considered an anomaly/bug.

Regarding the vendor:

The vendor sells you 1 more random item at a discounted price.

Regarding the buff to the faction assistance:

Dwarves - you now get 3 stacks of Acid instead of 1(there was a bug where it gave you 3 stacks even if you didnt have the mastery, this has been fixed).

Ebon Vanguard - you now summon 3 Ebon Vanguard Soldiers instead of 1.

Exalted - From what I heard, you have an additional skill#3.
