When it says 'ally' does it count your own character too? So could a thief apply protection to himself?
Bug[edit]
Changed it, the regeneration is not applied when any regeneration is already on the character. Easily tested in the Mists with Withdraw and Runes of Dwayna. Amy Awien 13:32, 11 February 2013 (UTC)
