should make a note that this breaks stealth

doesnt seem to break stealth; just tested it (blinding powder>steal>tactical strike) the stealth notification was still present and was able to pull of a sneak attack afterwards (with 'revealed' debuff appearing after the attack) although my character became fully visible on all tests (despite still technically having stealth)... not sure if it was just client side or whether enemies would be able to see me too 90.211.178.172 00:11, 10 February 2013 (UTC)
