Bomb. The idea is that they are laid out at your feet, like the engineer's bombs. So yeah, if you're a ranged character up against a lot of ranged combatants, this is not so useful. For melee players, or against melee, this should be great since 5% chance every 10s is quite good chance. Mediggo 06:33, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

I tried testing this rune on my armor - I have 5 runes on. The 5th rune doesn't give the +90 power stat. Through no combination of equipping or unequipping armors can I find a way to get the +90 power active... Yes i have 5 runes on 5 diff pieces... This set of runes seems bugged. Tested other rune sets and they do give the 5th stat. just not this one. Or could it be the pieces of armor I'm using are bugged? Someone please post back and let me know if their Sup Citadel gives the 5th stat of + 90 power.

I tested in mists and equipping 5th gear with this runes gives me 90 power.--178.172.14.95 23:37, 21 November 2012 (UTC)
