Defensive Warrior Traits?

Do the effects stack with the Warrior's Defensive Minor Traits? Rathmadus

kind of. in my testing, revive speed stacks; each one reducing the time it takes to revive someone by approximately a second and a half. damage reduction, however, does not; each one adds 5 per character level in toughness, but only one takes effect. --Lumpy 06:00, 1 December 2012 (UTC)

Downed or Dead or both?

Does it affect skill revives?

such as Toss Elixir R, Battle Standard, various signets from other professions/illusion of life? Please post any testing and results if you have them. Thanks!
