It dropped for me from Awakened Chest in a cave full of Awakened at Leviathan's Gullet. When used it offers to choose one item from following: Warbeast Breastplate, Warbeast Jerkin and Warbeast Vestments. --Nasurelin (talk) 14:32, 9 October 2017 (UTC)
