"Break illusion to defeat" This is the top result when googling this particular phrase, I've added some info to better inform users but I know now that there is no special mechanic associated with it.

I am working on figuring out what a thief will steal from this NPC and I'll put a provisional in the skill section.
I'm also going to try to test whether "Reveal" mechanics are what this is referring to. She returns to full health during her stealth period, I'm thinking if we interrupt that it will screw her up, I know it would my own mesmer.
