Talk:Revive Orb
I just used this item, and be advised, while you are revived as if another player is doing so, from an NPC who can't be attacked, you are extremely vulnerable during that 10 sec cool-down after the rez, you can NOT run, or commit dodge-rolls. Make sure you are absolutely sure you will not be in danger of dying in the next 10 seconds, have your party draw away in monsters, or make sure everything is dead. :) --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 203.212.33.164 (talk).
Reviving After Falling-Damage-Death[edit]
Can it be used for getting into areas, where you have to climb down a long time or where is a ground but the area is not made for running there (too deep to get there without dying)? I mean you could jump down with your team and revive first yourself, than your team... --77.23.12.236 10:17, 17 October 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, it can be used after taking falling-damage. ~Queensdale 23:59, 19 December 2012 (UTC)
- So theoretically you could use it to explore places you aren't supposed to go in Rata Sum... talk 17:40, 18 January 2013 (UTC)
Acquisition[edit]
I just added the acquisition section, but I'm probably leaving some out. Requesting that others pay attention to find out if this could be obtained through Map completion or daily achievements ~Queensdale 23:59, 19 December 2012 (UTC)
Edit war avoidance[edit]
How about rephrasing my statement (that Ventriloquist removed) as
- Normally, when you are revived, you are invulnerable for 1 second. However, Revive Sickness precludes this invulnerability.
- The first note covers that, except for not naming the effect that is applied. I'll make the first note more clear. --Ventriloquist 09:11, 25 January 2015 (UTC)
