Does this recipe really drop from foes in Grenth's Reliquary in Siren's Landing? I've been farming for over an hour and the recipe hasn't dropped. --66.65.147.18 11:16, 28 September 2023 (UTC)
For me it dropped from the Spectre of Wrath Palm (talk) 13:27, 26 October 2024 (UTC)
