Does he really sell Perseverance stuffs?

When I talk to him, he just brings up his shop menu, no dialogue, no option to choose to buy Luminescent stuffs from him.

As mentioned on the pages for those items, you can only see the dialogue if you have stacks and still need the items. Spannu (talk) 10:39, 20 October 2015 (UTC)
