Items purchased from the gem shop doesn't appear in the "pick up box", they are sent by mail. They may not arrive if you have more then 10 "player" letters, so you have to delete some of them. MalGalad 09:17, 14 June 2013 (UTC)

Polla and the Upgrade Slot

I believe Polla, or the one I have, is account bound. I was wondering what the limitations are to filling the upgrade slot: has anyone tried to put high level upgrades on it? I was wondering if it could be used has the "super accessory" of sorts for new characters. Thanks...
